I HAVE 9 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN ZUMBA AS WELL AS IN PERSONAL TRAINER FIELD I HAVE MANY CLIENTS OFFLINE OR ONLINE HOW ARE VERY HAPPY AFTER MY CLASSES BECAUSE I GAVE THEM GOOD RESULT AND I HAVE 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE AS A DANCE TEACHING TOO.

About the lesson

FIRST LIGHT STRETCHING THEN LIGHT YOGA STRETCHING WITH LITTLE POWER YOGA MOVES THEN AS PER THE REQUIREMENT WE SATARD THE CLASS WITH POWER MOVES AND AT THE LAST WE DO 10 TO 15 MINUTES SESSION OF ZUMBA AND MOST IMPORTANT THING WE CHANGE THE RUTHIN AFTER 2 WEEKS SO THAT WE CAN KEEP INTRUSTING THE CLASS AND ALSO WE CAN MAKE CLASS ENVIRONMENT GOOD
