I really enjoyed your yoga classes. Gopinath is extremely knowledgeable and dedicated teacher. It doesn't mean that to do asanas and do some Pranayam's.It is all about to enhance your body and soul and to spend quality of time for ourselves. He creates enthusiasm to learn new asanas and Pranayam techniques day by day. Yoga practice helps us to gain peace of mind and also strength to our body.
