About ZOE
Ashtanga Yoga instructor received at Ashtanga Baires. I started taking hatha classes in 2014 while doing pilates and circus. I have taught classes on aerial fabrics, which are still my favorite circus element. It gave me such pleasure to do this that I decided to go one step further and start Ashtanga classes. I always liked everything related to the well-being of the body from physical activity but with Yoga I learned that the objective of this is not only to contribute to physical development but also to teach us to be able to contemplate ourselves and from there to achieve peace.

My teaching method adapts to the capacities as well as the physical needs of each student, but without losing sight of the yoga tradition. Intended for anyone who wants to gain strength and flexibility. The balance between the two is the key to maintaining a healthy body. Many of the contractures or pains we suffer come from stagnant emotions. Yoga helps to discipline the mind and to get more in touch with our interior. Through the breathing technique accompanied by movement, the energy flows and helps to release certain blocks that produce both emotional imbalances and body pain. If you want to change your lifestyle and improve your physical condition while acquiring peace of mind, these classes are indicated for you. Yoga is a one way path.
