with little to no background in such topics through simplifying to the most fundamental
level.

connecting and demonstrating significance of such topics.

When teaching physics, there is really no proper way to do except utilizing every teaching technique such as providing examples, having the students go through guided examples, and then provide students with open note assessments to see their improvement. Although I highly stress the need for the student to take learning into their own hands, as learning math and physics is like learning how to ride a bike. They won't fully learn just by watching, but by doing it themselves and learning through the struggle.
