About Neila

I am a full time yoga and Pilates instructor in South Manchester and Cheshire with sports therapy specialism. I believe mobility and flexibility training plays an important part in injury prevention and to really helps to improve posture from hours of sitting at a desk.
As well as taking teacher training courses I have practiced under the guidance of highly accomplished teachers from all over the world. This includes going to Mysore, the birth place of modern yoga as we know it.

About the lesson

In a one to one session the class is tailored towards your own ability and your goals at a time that suits you. With one on one guidance I can adapt postures and exercises that suit you and ensure you doing them with safe technique. Sessions can include; core strength, breathing techniques, precision exercises, body opening for increased flexibility and movement with breath.

Sessions start at £40 for one hour.

Any age and ability are welcome whether your beginner or advanced. The only requirement is the desire to learn and perhaps try something new.
