About Judit

I am Judit, a professor of power yoga. I am a qualified teacher in Hatha Yoga (Dynamic Yoga), Ashtanga Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga. I love to mix these three variants of yoga in my classes, to give dynamism, variety and propose challenges constantly to my students. I encourage you to try a class and see how you hook!

About the lesson

Through very intense Yoga sequences, we will bring warmth to our body to get in shape and burn fats and stress. Each class will consist of an hour and a half of active, non-static yoga, and we will engage in strength, balance, stability and concentration. We will dominate our body and our mind to be better with ourselves.

Review

All of our reviews are collected by us and are 100% reliable. They correspond to a real experience had by the students of Judit.

Judit's response

Gracias a ella he ganado en flexibilidad y he aprendido asanas que consideraba imposibles!
