About Elena
I am a Certified Yoga Teacher, Nutrition Theraphist, lifestyle and health coach.
I am practicing various yoga styles more than 20 years and teaching for the past 4.5 years.
My Styles are Hatha and Hatha Vinyasa for all levels
I have completed:
- Yoga Teacher Training. RYT200
- Yoga Anatomy and Physiology
- Advanced Yoga Teacher Training - 300 hours
Tought Yoga in Australia, Russia, Thailand and USA, includding yoga workshops and retreats.

My Yoga style based on multiple yogic disciplines. I incorporate traditional aspects of yoga with health science and human physiology. \Myr classes focus on physical alignment, internal aspects (mind, energy, breath), allowing students to practice safely and effectively.
