About Ella
I have been teaching yoga for 2 years and I am currently a student at the university of Warwick so I am giving interactive classes online during my time at university. Its great to see students feeling so relaxed and connected at the end of the classes and I'm grateful to be able to give them this experience.

My classes start with a meditation at the start, followed by a warm up into a yoga flow. I like to keep the students concentrated on the breath throughout the practice in order for them to feel present and connected to their bodies. At the end of the class we do a savasana, which is a lying down position to appreciate the amazing feeling from the practice.
