About Claire

My story

I have always been a teacher. My work in schools taught me how people learn and what helps them grow. Over time, I wanted to teach in a way that brought more balance and reflection into that, and yoga offered that path.

During my training, I studied yoga's history, philosophy, and practice. Teaching it felt natural, joining my love of learning with a desire to help others feel connected and aware. I later trained in Reiki too, drawn to it for the same reason, a way of helping people settle and reconnect with themselves. I think that Reiki is a beautiful practice and there is something magical to it.

My classes focus on connection. You explore movement, breath, and rest, and learn to listen to your body and respond to what it needs that day. Reiki sessions offer a quieter and very personalised version of the same thing, a chance to slow down and be held for a while. The practice, in both forms, stays respectful of its roots and open to everyone.

About the lesson

My lessons are structured around what you need. A lot of people come to me with aches and pains with relief after just one class. I am trained in Reiki and believe in practising holistic health of body and mind. I also believe that we have the answers to what we need in the body and sometimes it just takes someone to help guide us to what we already know.

Whether it is to build muscle, understand more about chronic pain, learn more about the beautiful roots of yogic philosophy or just to feel more connected to yourself, I've got you.
