Professional Dance Artist | 8+ Years Teaching Bachata & Salsa From professional performance to confident social dancing

I first met Perreira at Cumbayé events in London, where I quickly noticed that he had something a little different about him.
I’m always looking for new and exciting dance experiences, and I love dancing with people who bring their own personality and originality to the floor. Perreira certainly does that. He has a natural talent, a wonderful feel for movement and, most importantly, that rare sparkle in his eyes.
His style is elegant, sometimes a little theatrical, and full of emotion. There’s something expressive about the way he dances that makes you feel you’re experiencing more than just a dance, hmm..you’re sharing a little piece of art.
Another thing that makes Perreira stand out is his diverse dance background, from hip-hop and ballet to Latin dance styles. You can really see how these different influences come together in his movement.
He’s a dancer you can learn a lot from, but also one who reminds you why we love dancing in the first place.
I definitely recommend experiencing it for yourself! ️

Perreira is a patient teacher with a warm soul and is passionate about dance. He brings lots of tips and tricks from his ballet training into Latin dance that I haven’t experienced with other teachers. He is reliable and I learned a lot from him in a short time. I would highly recommend him!

Perreira focus a lot of the technical aspect of the moves which did help me a lot to improve especially my basics and more complicated moves such Cambré . He is welling to take his time until you masterise it . I had a great time learning from one of the best Bachata teachers !

An amazing dance teacher! I have learned so much from him in such a short amount of time. His teaching style is fantastic, and I highly recommend his classes to anyone looking to improve.

Having been taught Bachata regularly by Perreira and also attending his structured multi-week workshops I can say that he's easily one of the best Bachata teachers in London. He has an excellent way of explaining the concepts underlying dance so that you don't just learn a collection of moves but get a good grasp of its governing principles, allowing you unlock your own creativity and flow. He brings a lot of professionalism as well as super useful concepts from other dance forms due to his extensive background in contemporary dance, choreography etc. Perreira also has a great energy that makes his classes a lot of fun. Bring the commitment and he'll make you a dance monster!

I started taking private bachata classes with Perreira 2 months ago. Since then, he has changed my dance journey profoundly. Not only he taught me the fundamentals I needed to succeed, but it also identified extra things which were holding me back from improving.

He is very professional and patient, and his wide background as a 360 dancer is a plus that has no equals in London. He has always showed care and professionalism, without forgetting the fun side of the teaching.

Highly recommended, not only for bachata and salsa trainings, but literally for any dance stiles.
