About Luca

My educational background includes degrees from New England Conservatory, The Glenn Gould School of Music, Bard College, and The Crane School of Music. Over the years, I have performed in various summer festival orchestras at the international level in Switzerland, Japan, and the United States. I have also performed with major orchestras including the Toronto Symphony, Baltimore Symphony, and The Orchestra San Antonio. Furthermore, I have been a finalist for auditions with some of the biggest orchestras and bands in the country. My experiences have made me grow as a musician, and I would like to pass my expertise to anyone who is interested in learning this beautiful art form. I taught many students during my college years and am looking to shape musicians to become the next generation of talent.

About the lesson

Whether you are preparing college auditions, learning a new solo, or simply want to explore drum set for the first time, my lessons will engage you to be the best musician you can be. My studio is fully equipped with drums, timpani, keyboard percussion, and more. From 4-mallet grip, to jazz drumming, rock, latin, rudimental snare drumming… the list goes on! Tell me what you want to learn, and I will customize lessons for your needs.
