I’m someone who has always been deeply connected to movement, performance, and creative expression. Dance, for me, has never just been about technique — it has been a way to understand myself better, build confidence, and feel more connected to my body and emotions. I enjoy creating spaces where people can feel comfortable, expressive, and free to grow at their own pace. I value authenticity, discipline, creativity, and kindness, and I try to bring that energy into both my classes and the way I connect with people.

My classes are designed for beginners and intermediate dancers who want to build confidence, body awareness, musicality, and a strong movement foundation in a supportive and creatively fulfilling environment.
I believe dance is not just about learning choreography, but also about understanding your body, expressing yourself freely, and becoming more confident in your movement.
Each class includes:
Guided warm-ups focused on mobility, conditioning, and alignment
Foundation training in rhythm, coordination, technique, and movement quality
Choreography and performance training focused on expression, confidence, and stage presence
With training in Contemporary, Jazz, Hip-Hop, Theatre Dance, and performance-based movement, my goal is to help students grow both technically and artistically at their own pace, while creating a space that feels encouraging, expressive, and enjoyable.
