I am also a published poet and writer with three books to my name, currently studying for a PhD in English and Creative Writing having achieved my MA in Creative Writing in 2023. I am also a music teacher who brings a creative, sensory approach based on music, sound and interaction to my sessions which are all about nurturing expression, reducing anxiety through fostering a calm environment and enhancing self-esteem.
