About Ivana
I am a qualified yoga teacher and psychologist based in London, and I teach the way I practise: with warmth, without judgement, and with curiosity about what you need on any given day.
I came to yoga through meditation, drawn first to stillness, then gradually to movement as I discovered that the body and the mind are really just two ways into the same place.
That was nearly 20 years ago. Since then, yoga has been the most consistent thing in my life - the thing I return to when it all feels like too much, or too little.
I teach because sharing something that has helped you stay connected to yourself feels like one of the most natural and fulfilling things I can do.

My teaching draws on training in Vinyasa Flow, Yin and Restorative Yoga, alongside my understanding of how the nervous system responds to stress, movement and breath.
I like to design sessions that go beyond the physical postures and into the why behind the practice.
My teaching style is warm, personal and adaptable. I pay close attention to where each student is - physically, mentally and energetically - and adjust accordingly. Some weeks you might need something energising. Other weeks, something slow and restorative. We work with what is real, not a fixed programme.
Sessions weave together mindful movement, breath awareness and either a more dynamic or slower restorative practice, followed by a short guided relaxation to let it all settle. I am particularly experienced in using yoga as a tool for stress regulation, nervous system recovery and building sustainable energy.
I offer sessions online and in person in London, and can tailor the focus around your goals, whether that is building flexibility, managing stress, improving sleep, developing a consistent practice or simply creating some breathing space in a busy week.
