About Paul
I have over 10 years experience working in a mix of small and large organisations as a software engineer. I am particularly looking to help those early on in their careers to understand areas and skills they might look to focus on in order to set up for future career success. I love to talk about general software engineering, devops/infrastructure patterns and what that looks like in smaller versus larger organisations.
Additionally for those looking to break into the industry I can provide insight and guidance around what the interview process typically involves as well as provide some practical examples to help refine and gain comfort in preparing for an interview.
