About Michal
I am an attorney, a Rabbi, an Executive Director and Associate Professor with more than 20 years experience in teaching High School, undergraduate and graduate students. I have worked in academically challenged positions as well as honor schools. I love teaching more than any other profession but due to husband's corporate moves, I have always remained flexible and willing to take on new challenges.

I like the give and take of teaching. I like to ask questions of students, but not put them on the defensive (as in Law school). I like the give and take and do not want the students to agree with me unless they do.Literature, for example, has many interpretations; rules of grammar do not. I want to know if I am "reaching" my students. If not, I will change my approach. I don't have many things set in stone.
