About Gabrielle
For over 7 years, I have taught economics with a focus on dialogue, debate, and application. My classroom is a space where learners engage actively with both theory and practice. I use real-world examples such as policy changes, business cycles, and global trade disputes to bring concepts to life. Students practice questioning assumptions and analyzing choices, building confidence in critical thinking. Respectful conversation is central to every lesson, where learners learn not just to speak but also to listen. Ethical dilemmas like inequality or resource allocation become case studies for nuanced discussion. Each class is designed to feel current, relevant, and highly interactive. I believe economics is less about memorization and more about perspective. My goal is to help learners develop fluency in economic reasoning that applies beyond the classroom. With this approach, students grow both intellectually and personally. I invite you to explore economics with me as a powerful lens for understanding and decision-making.

My teaching style in economics is built on interaction, reflection, and practical connection. I believe that economics is most powerful when applied to real issues like sustainability, inequality, or climate change. Lessons focus on discussion and dialogue, helping learners connect concepts to everyday realities. Respectful communication is always at the core, creating a safe space for expression. I guide students to think critically and explore ideas with nuance. Each lesson blends theory with current examples to keep learning relevant. We often focus on ethical and environmental questions, giving students a chance to practice meaningful vocabulary. Interactive activities keep sessions dynamic and engaging. I pay close attention to supporting learners who are new or uncertain, building confidence through small steps. My goal is to make economics approachable and empowering. Learners develop both understanding and fluency in expressing ideas. By the end, students not only know the subject but also use it as a tool for awareness. Economics becomes a way to reflect, discuss, and advocate responsibly.
