About John
I have a BS in Political Science (High Honors) from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a Masters in International Relations from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). I also have a C-Phil and PhD degrees in Political Science from UCLA. I have worked as an environmental social scientist for the U.S. Department of Energy and Oak Ridge National Laboratory. I have published articles and books on climate change, sustainability, resilience, and international cooperation in transportation research and innovation.

Details
My normal rate is $40.00. I am offering a special rate of $30 per hour for the first 5 students that sign up. If you select a minimum of 5 hours, the rate is $25 per hour. For 10 hours, its is $23 per hour.
