About Alana
Hi! I’m Alana, a Real Estate and Finance student at Southern Methodist University with a 3.8 GPA. I’m also a BBA Scholar and actively involved in organizations like Alpha Chi Omega and Women in Finance at SMU
I have a strong passion for learning and teaching a wide range of subjects, including math, history, English, economics, and psychology. I especially enjoy working with elementary through high school students and helping them build confidence while improving their understanding.
I have experience tutoring and supporting students academically, and I focus on explaining concepts in a clear, step-by-step way that actually makes sense. I adapt to each student’s learning style and make sure they feel comfortable asking questions and staying engaged.
I am reliable, organized, and always come prepared with a structured plan tailored to each student’s goals—whether that’s improving grades, preparing for exams, or strengthening foundational skills. Hi! I’m Alana, a Real Estate and Finance student at Southern Methodist University, and my goal is to make learning feel simple, clear, and way less overwhelming.
