My son has ADHD, high-functioning ASD, and is attending UofT for mathematics and physical science. Julie has been working with him for about a year. His executive functioning is very low, struggles socially, and has difficulty regulating his emotions. Julie is patient and compassionate and has been helping him build some healthier habits so that he can handle his school load and at the same time an exercise routine that I am certain he is proud of. She also encourages him to reach out to people so that he has some social interactions. He managed to pass his physics midterm this past summer with a 90+ grade despite his procrastinating nature to boost his mark and ended with a 79 final grade. Highly recommend Julie for those in need of some guidance and support with with ADHD.
A psychologist that assessed my children recommended Julie. She has been working with one of my children for two years and with the other one for a year. The sessions helped them tremendously to develop study skills, manage time, and ask questions—everything that ASD kids cannot do naturally. Before Julie, I had to check their classes and make sure the work was done, and it wasn't helpful. I definitely recommend Julie!
