About Simon

I am a Master 2 student from a business school in Marseille, but come from Saint-Etienne. I am fortunate to have Australian family, have traveled a lot and lived abroad, and thus have a perfect command of English. I started giving tutoring lessons at 15, then have occasionally until now, in addition to doing a lot of babysitting. Being fortunate to have parent teachers, I am comfortable with pedagogy and relationships with children.

About the lesson

I base my lessons on a first exchange part, in English, on the expectations and needs of the child regarding the course and its progress. I enjoy making the student speak as much as possible, regardless of the subject, because I think that expression is the best way to progress, and often one of the weak points of children.
Then, I focus on a practical part which will enable us to approach concepts of the educational program of the school / college / high school, or coming from my own resources.
Finally, I systematically end with a few minutes of assessment, evoking the axes of progression and the successes of the child, as well as his expectations for the next session.
