About Sandhya
My teachings can help you be fit and surreal. I start with basic yoga poses for getting your body prepared, improving your hand-eye-leg movements to perform any dance, and then get you prepared for long performances. I evaluate my students and then create a syllabus to better them regardless of where they are in their learning journey.
