With experience teaching yoga and sound healing across studios, gyms, and corporate wellness programs, I bring a well-rounded, professional approach to every class I lead. At numerous studios, I've developed personalized lesson plans and helped launch a community outreach program that helped students keep a consistent practice in yoga. My teaching spans beginner-friendly Vinyasa and Yin Restorative flow to sound healing and guided meditation, and I've facilitated 50+ wellness events for individuals, families, and corporate teams.
