Hello Namaste beautiful people, this is Rajat, teacher of yoga. I have been sharing yoga knowledge for the last 5 years all around the world. I teach the traditional way of Hatha yoga with a combination of Iyengar practice, focusing more on body alignment, Pranayama, and Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga teaching. Although there are various styles of teaching, my class will take you into a deep experience of yoga, which is what is actually important. I cover all these subjects in my class: Hatha yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Vinyasa flow, Iyengar yoga, Pranayama, Relaxation, Yoga Nidra, Meditation, Therapeutic yoga, Shatkarma, and Yoga philosophy.

Rajat was my first teacher of Asthanga Vinyasa. I never had before a contact with asthanga Vinyasa style, Rajat did that I love asthanga Vinyasa. He is the best teacher that I know , he is very profesional, vital, organize and right teacher. Thanks Rajat for coming asthanga in my life and discover inside to me the love for Asthanga Vinyasa ️
