About Stanley
I am an outgoing and friendly university student who has an excellent attitude to work and study. This has grown through my consistent focus throughout secondary school and sixth-form, and due to my 8+ years of musical experience, playing the flute in large orchestras and ensembles. I have achieved a grade 8 Distinction in it as a result of my hard work. Additionally, I am perseverant and resilient which are excellent traits to have during study. They massively help me dissect problems and essay questions and allow well thought-out and structured answers. These are some of the things I wish to pass on, to allow you to excel in your education!

I am a friendly and supportive person who is often credited for their patience and positive attitude. Teaching structures revolve mostly around past papers and knowledge retrieval since that is what worked for me! Lesson lengths can range upwards of 30 minutes. I have sufficient experience as a tutor; I have privately tutored in-person, and have volunteered during sixth form to tutor pre-GCSE students at years 8 through 11 in both geography and mathematics. I achieved three A's at A-Level, ten grade 7+ GCSEs including eight grade 9s, and have consistently participated in both the Junior and Senior Maths Challenge, regularly getting silver and bronze awards.
