About Georgia
I have a proven record of academic excellence. At A level I studied Spanish, English Literature, Maths and Philosophy of Religion and Religious Ethics (A*A*A*A). I then went to the University of Oxford and read Philosophy, Politics and Economics. I received a high 2.1 and my thesis was the second highest mark in my year (a score of 78).
Beyond this I have also been a teacher for the last two years. I worked in a high school in Japan and I developed a strong rapport with my students. I enjoy working through problems with students and encouraging them to develop an interest in the subject.

I'm methodical, kind and understanding. I will never explain something the same way twice. I am well-read around my subjects and I will encourage my students to broaden their minds. My background is in analytical and evaluative subjects so I will look to ensure my students are writing essays that fulfil these criteria and that make strong arguments. I will encourage my students to debate with me about the topics in their essays and encourage verbal as well as written critical thinking.
