I am joyful, compassionate, creative and have the highest standards of integrity when it comes to the practices I share.
I was a professional violinist and singer in my first career, and have worked in high end kitchens. I know about pressure, creativity, and am passionate about sharing the wisdom that cultivating a compassionate relationship with ourselves through movement practice is the best way to perform at our best, improve our relationships, get stronger and easier, and to navigate our world towards a more sustainable future. I am an experienced prenatal yoga practitioner and can support you throughout pregnancy, whether you are new to yoga or experienced.
