I love sharing the joy that dance brings me. Dance has connected me with amazing people. It has taught me how to be self discipline when it comes to hard work, self improvement and taking constructive criticism. More than anything, dance has a been a form of self expression for myself and I believe you can fully release whatever you feel through the movement of your body.

They include a short introduction of myself, the choreography and overall aim for the class. We'll start with warm ups/stretches, some basic skills and then get into the piece. I have taught classes on and off since 2019 and are usually catered towards beginner and intermediate dancers.
