Teaching Approach and Techniques

With over a decade of experience as an award-winning freestyle hip-hop dancer and certified dance therapist, I combine creativity, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of movement to guide my students. My teaching focuses on helping individuals discover their unique style while mastering the foundations of freestyle hip-hop. I tailor each lesson to the student’s needs, incorporating both technical drills and creative exercises to build confidence and fluidity in dance.

Typical Lesson Plan

Warm-Up and Stretching: To prepare the body and prevent injury.
