About Jennie
I embarked on my yoga journey more than five years ago and instantly fell in love with the profound sensations it evoked within me. Yoga became my sanctuary with a feeling of coming ‘home’ amidst my ever-changing life.
After working up the ladder in a corporate job and facing burn out and anxiety, I could no longer ignore the nagging sense of misalignment. Determined to reclaim my life and mental health, I made the decision to quit my job and book a one-way ticket to Thailand, all in pursuit of my inner calling to become a yoga teacher.
In Thailand I undertook 250 hours of training in Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin. Whilst living in my ‘spiritual home’ of Koh Phangan, Thailand I discovered different holistic practices and healing methods which allowed my to reconnect to my true self.
I am a firm believer in being a student infinitely and love to learn and discover all aspects of yoga, whether that be spirituality, philosophy, pranayama, meditation or asana. I remain committed to my personal growth and development through my dedicated practice.
My purpose is to share the profound beauty and transformative potential that yoga has given me. I am humbled and honoured for every student that joins me on this journey, eager to impart the healing powers of yoga to others.
