The breath is at the core of the flows that I design and lead my clients through. With focus on the breath and structural alignment we utilize the asanas (poses) to facilitate the body being established in its natural rhythm of order, balance, harmony, and flow.
What you can expect:
- Deeper awareness of your breath and its rhythm
- How to use the breath to restore order, harmony, balance and flow within the body
- Deeper awareness of your body and structural alignment
- Increased mobility and flexibility with improvement in posture
- A positive relationship to your mind, body, and spirit
