About Maddison
Hi there, my name is Maddie. I am a 200 hour certified vinyasa, hatha yoga teacher, and mindfulness and meditation teacher. I have been practicing for 5 years, with the intention to increase self-awareness in my mind, body, spirit; creating inner union and harmony with my true Self. I believe the more we understand ourselves, the more inclined we will feel to connect and express with the world around us. I am here to serve you! To be a guide, teacher, and cheerleader for mindful self-discovery through the practice of yoga.

I teach private lessons, where we get to personalize our sessions based on your specific needs. My classes are intuitive, allowing class to shape, shift, and flow with whatever arises in the present moment. I like to connect in the beginning of class; see where we are mentally, emotionally, and physically that day, and creating class from there. I am on a mission to help others connect back to their true, authentic self. My goal is to be a guide, and to help you see your inner guide within yourself. My classes are for anyone interested or inspired to become more authentic, connected, and mindful in their everyday lives.
