About Hannah
since the age of 16, i've been a yoga addict. in decemeber, i finished my 300 hour teacher training in Goa, India, delving into every aspect of yoga: ashtanga, hatha, pranayama, meditiation, its philpsophy and the anatomy of the human body. yoga has changed my life for the better in countless ways, and it is my mission to share all of the benefits that yoga brings with my students.

my lessons can be whatever you want them to be, just let me know and i can tailor it to whatever you feel like doing, whether you're a beginner or a frequent yogi. we can work towards any goal you've set: strengthening your core? lets go. want to rejuvenate with some yoga nidra? you got it. have no idea what you want and wanna just do a class? i got you.
this includes those students with health problems (including mental health) or injuries who have been recommended to take up yoga, just let me know and i can plan everything to suit you. yoga heals ♡
classes avaliable in: ashtanga, vinyasa, hatha, yin/yang, viniyoga, meditation (including yoga nidra)
these can range from 1-2 hours, covering pranayama, asana and meditation. offering solo or group classes.
