About Kenia

I am a yogi with over 10 years of experience. My passion for creating holistic sessions arises from my love of movement and ceremony medicine. In my classes, I tie in your personal goals and intentions with my recognition of yogic philosophy, anatomy, Ayurveda, energetic alignment, breathwork, and nutrition to create a holistic series of sessions for your overall alignment and rise to higher consciousness. Together, we will explore the possibilities of higher healing.

My training includes certifications in Vinyasa, Hatha, and Restorative Yoga, as well as specialized training in prenatal yoga and meditation techniques. I am also trained in somatic/EMDR for trauma therapy and understand the value of holding a safe space. Your safety is always prioritized.

Perfect! I've practiced yoga with well over 100 teachers and Kenia is one of the best! She has consistently shown up with precision, attentiveness, and strong communication - always building flows that meet me exactly where my body is on a given day. I came in recovering from an ankle injury and needed someone I could trust to work within my restrictions without risking reinjury, and she's done exactly that. She's rigorous without being rigid, and I trust her completely with my practice. Beyond yoga, she brings a broad range of modalities she can weave in — meditation practices, breath work, sound healing, movement creativity — which keeps things fresh while staying grounded in what you actually need. Highly recommend for anyone looking for personalized 1:1 instruction from someone who truly listens!

Kenia is AMAZING! She is very knowledgable on the body and was really good at breaking the postures down for me. Our lessions were really interactive, and originally I reached out because as I get older I've felt my body become more stiff.. It became hard to interact with friends and family.. and after working together I've gotten way more comfortable in my body.. So thankful!
