About Hanna
I am a Year 2 student studying Bachelor of Commerce and Psychology at Monash University.
I have started playing piano since the age of 3 initiated by my father, but I did not enjoy the process in the first 12 years of learning.
It is not until when I met my previous piano teacher, where not only she’s a master in piano, but also in living and self-enrichment. She taught me into playing with so much depth and expression that I have never imagined myself bringing such notes to life.
I was so amazed, that’s why I am here today and would love to keep spreading the passion and skills I have to my students.

I tend to put more focus on the musicality and immersion of oneself to the piece rather than solely perfecting the notes,
I love dwelling on portraying and techniques required on more advanced pieces.
Whether you’re looking for someone to guide your ABRSM Performance Grade 1-7 Exam preparation or wanting to score a piece you love, I’m happy to tailor teaching methods to every individual and skill level.
All ages are welcomed.

As a formal tutor who has interacted with students of diverse backgrounds and needs, I am confident in finding the best way and bringing the full potential out of my students.
Please note lessons are conducted at my home (Yamaha U3 upright piano). In-home lessons are available for an additional travel fee, provided there is a piano.
