About Ebun
I am an 3rd- year African studies student who has been cooking professionally for 4 years. I specialise in gluten- free vegetarian food- this is due to my own gluten and general good sensitivities. I would like to dispel the myths that these cooking styles are both bland and limiting. On the contrary, they inspire you to explore differing flavours and discover new cuisines.

I am an oil painter so I believe that my cooking philosophy is based on the principles of composition and texture. I encourage my students to paint with their ingredients, use all the senses when cooking. I have been volunteering and professionally taking care of children since I was 13. This had influenced my teaching philosophy to be one that encourages dialogue and questioning. I want my students to look at my fixed recipes as inspiration- reduce or add differing ingredients when they please. Thus, widening the scope of their cooking abilities, rather than copying a standard recipe. I believe that this will inspire my students to develop a passion for flavour combinations and creation, distracting them from the complications that arise when developing their craft.
