About Hannah

Hannah has been a devoted yoga practitioner since 2014. Not just practicing asana (the postures) but having yoga weaved into every aspect of her life. She found that yoga helped her to be more compassionate and understanding toward all beings. She decided it was time to step into her calling of becoming a yoga teacher while completing her Master Reiki Training in October 2018. Hannah graduated from the Hard and the Soft Yoga Institute in May 2020 as a 200 hour RYT through Heartsong Yoga Studio in East Longmeadow, Massachusetts. Becoming a yoga teacher allowed her to find her voice and walk her personal path with confidence. Hannah trusts in the power of Yoga Chakitsa, yoga therapy. She believes your practice is about you, by giving you modifications that best fit your body, mind, and soul. A class with her will be a balance between strength and flexibility; effort and ease.

About the lesson

I believe yoga is not just about the postures you do on your mat, but about how you live your life off of your mat. I believe every body can practice yoga. It is a beautiful way to connect mind body and spirit, bringing you peace and equanimity. Yoga has been a part of my life for over 7 years and I love being able to share my knowledge and help others to feel empowered, confident, and at peace within themselves.
