About Erica
Yoga is a lifelong journey and so do I a lifelong student. Within my 10 years teaching yoga, I also practice and keep improving my skill. Yoga impacts my ability to have a work life balance and to deal with daily pressure. Using careful and right approach to students, I successfully help my student improve on their overall health journey, flexibility, and strength.
I am highly motivated to share this journey with an open heart and mind and hopefully inspire everyone to be more aware of their own body.

My teaching styles consist of Hatha, Vinyasa, Flow, Power Yoga, Meditation and Yin with a focus on intention, alignment and breath. I concentrate on delivering flexibility drills and mobility I like conveying the importance of mental and physical well-being to students, sharing key learnings and guiding yoga postures in correct alignment to avoid injuries and utilising props for balance and support.
