About Laura

I am a certified yoga teacher, specializing in prenatal, baby and kids yoga. I am warm, creative, patient, and observant. My focus is on creating safe spaces where each student feels heard and respected in their own journey. I adapt to your needs, because every person and every stage of life is unique.

About the lesson

My goal is to make yoga accessible, safe, and transformative for you. I don't aim for you to achieve "perfect" poses, but rather to find your own version of each asana, listening to and respecting your body at all times.

My method is based on conscious alignment and connection with the breath. I firmly believe that yoga is not just physical exercise, but a tool for calming the mind. That's why, in my classes, you set the pace.

Who are my classes for?

My classes are open to all levels, from absolute beginners who have never stepped on a mat, to people with some experience who want to deepen their practice and alignment.

I also offer respectful support adapted to the needs of each stage of life, focusing on two main areas:

- Prenatal Yoga: designed for all stages of pregnancy (first, second, and third trimesters), with the goal of helping you experience a healthy pregnancy, preparing your body for childbirth (both physically and mentally), and connecting deeply with your baby. No prior yoga experience is necessary.
- Yoga for Children: dynamic and fun classes adapted to different age groups (for example, 3 to 6 years old and 7 to 11 years old). Through play, stories, and music, children develop their creativity, learn to manage their emotions, improve their balance and coordination, and have fun while relaxing.
