About Yan
Yoga is a lifelong journey and so do I a lifelong student. Within my 6 years teaching yoga, I also practice and keep improving my skill. Yoga impacts my ability to have a work life balance and to deal with daily pressure. Using careful and right approach to students, I successfully help my student improve on their overall health journey, flexibility, and strength.
I am highly motivated to share this journey with an open heart and mind and hopefully inspire everyone to be more aware of their own body.

Lesson
My teaching with a focus on intention, alignment and breath. I concentrate on delivering flexibility drills and mobility training with simple cues, creative yet uncomplicated yoga flow transitions to encourage conveying the importance of mental and physical well-being to students, sharing key learnings and guiding yoga postures in correct alignment
Style: Hatha, Vinyasa, Flow, Power Yoga, Meditation and Yin
Focus: Body Alignment, Strength, Flexibility, Safety and Creativity.
Level: Beginner to Advanced
Length of lessons: 45/60/120 mins
