About Ana

As a Certified Yoga Teacher and a Wellbeing Coach, I am a positive, dynamic, enthusiastic and friendly person passionate about Yoga, Wellbeing and Mental Health. I highly value and uphold building strong long-term relationships with my students by anticipating their needs and engaging with them in personalised high-quality level 1:1 sessions. I love helping my students reach their goals with a focused mindset motivating them to follow an effective well-being programme for life change and healthy habits. I am proactive with a problem-solving and can-do attitude as I feel confident with my listening and communicating skills to coach, guide and follow up with my clients with attention to their performance and their self-development during the sessions.

About the lesson

I am a Certified Yoga Teacher in India by the Yoga Alliance with 8 years of experience teaching 1:1 ONLINE sessions. My classes are fully personalised to my students' needs bringing overall well-being and balance to their body, mind and soul. I teach the following styles: Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Restorative, Power and Yin Yoga however I am flexible to modify the style if needed. All sessions include yoga postures and alignment series (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama), guided meditation and deep relaxation (yoga nidra). The session length is 60 min and, if possible, I recommend at least twice a week for student progression in yoga practice. My classes suit ALL LEVELS (beginner to advanced level) and ALL AGES and CONDITIONS. Also, it is available the additional styles: - Prenatal and postnatal Yoga - Therapeutic Yoga - Senior & Chair Yoga - Holistic approach I invite you to come along with me on this beautiful journey!
