When I teach ballet I like to break it down and focus on body placement. You have 5 limbs in ballet. Your arms, legs, and head. Each limb placement can either help or harm your technique. Technique and quality is so important. As is feeling the music. Once you know the placement and technique it’s important to put your heart and soul into the movements.
