About Dr Geetanjali

I'm a doctor, a dentist to be specific. The knowledge that I wish to share is about cooking and not dental sciences, there is a big personal reason behind it. My husband doesn't know how to cook and can burn water as well, but it is an essential skill to survive regardless of gender. I first stepped into the kitchen as a child due to my household affairs but that left me with something a skillset that has helped me make bonds and repair relations over time. I have earned the sweetest praises and the most gentle criticisms that have helped me grow as an individual. Today, I have a small space for myself inside the hearts of all those who have eaten meals cooked by me. The way to any person's heart is through their stomach and that's why I wish to help everyone make bonds with others and fall in love with cooking and food. So that, you can dance your way through life just like I have.

About the lesson

My approach to teaching how to cook is slightly different
First, you as a student tell me what you wish to learn how to cook and are interested in (at least 24 hours before class), preferably over text, email, call anything that suits you. Giving me time to see the feasibility of the same.
Then we get on a zoom call or video call where I personally walk you through the recipe and help damage control where needed, I can also demonstrate it for you. It's your call as the student.
My best teaching skills are the facts that you not only will learn to cook but also little tips and tricks otherwise hard to learn. I will guide you in every step of the journey to learn how to cook and not die of food poisoning. :) JK These are classes open for all regardless of age for all have to eat, to live right? After all, you can't always eat out or survive on takeouts.
