About Chantal
Hi, I am Chantal, I am an ex-professional dancer, and international yoga teacher. I have trained in many different forms of yoga, with many different world-renowned gurus and teachers. My interest lies in helping the person find their own inner strength, inner voice, and create their best version of themselves with their physical body, their mind, and their inner journey (soul). My teachings create awareness from within, feeling your own body, becoming aware of the healing mechanism within through the practices of yoga and Ayurveda. I have studied yoga therapy, vinyasa, Yin, Hatha, kids Yoga, pre-and postnatal, pranayama, and meditation. I am a Vedic meditator and a lover of self-healing through knowledge, yoga, and Ayurveda.

- guiding the students through different practices, asanas, sequences to achieve their goals, to manage their well-being in body and mind. I will focus on physical practice, breathing, and mindfulness practice. Combining body, mind, and soul to feel and connect to this union within. -1 hour lesson. -lessons are for every adult age group, beginners and intermediate.
