About Joao
I am an experienced software engineer specialed in backend development and artificial intelligence. I hold a Master's degree in Computer Science and plenty of experience as an TA and university lecturer. Furthermore, I hold a strong technical skill set, proficient in languages such as C#, Python, JavaScript, and Golang, with expertise in machine learning and backend development.
Currently, I work as a software engineer at a FAANG company, where I develop .NET Core REST APIs and builds ETL pipelines using Azure Synapse and PySpark. Before that, I worked at a silicon valley startup, developing gRPC microservices and designing CI/CD pipelines with Google Cloud Build.
