About Charlotte
I am a recent graduate from the University of Warwick gaining a first class degree in History and Politics. I achieved A* A* A in English Literature, Politics and History at A Level and achieved 6 A*'s and 4 A's at GCSE. School is still fresh on my mind and I can relate to student experiences in essays, examinations and the everyday struggles of education. Fundamentally, my teaching method is shaped entirely around the student and their learning style; whether it is kinetic, phonetic, visual etc. I like to create a relaxed learning environment that is first based on the students genuine understanding of content. Once the student has a rich understanding of the curriculum, then I feel this knowledge can be channelled into successful essay writing and examination techniques. This, I believe, creates a well-rounded student who can enter exams or submit essays confident in their knowledge and ability.
