Tom is an extremely able teacher as a result of his patience and good sense of humour. He is very wary of adapting his teaching style to suit the needs of the people he teaches and goes beyond what is expected of him by spending lots of time planning lessons. He has many relevant experiences that would make him an effective teacher such as completing his Sports Leadership Award. His kindness and consideration for others meant he was able to motivate children of all abilities and personality types to improve at a range of sports. Notwithstanding he proved himself to be a successful Brand Ambassador for Abel and Cole by mentoring new team members to improve their verbal communication and body language whilst pitching to potential customers. Furthermore he has recently been a student himself he is well aware of the needs of learners and the best ways to support them.
Overall Tom is a completely honest and reliable person and I would have no hesitation in recommending him for this role.
