About Megha
I’m a certified yoga instructor from India — the birthplace of yoga. With over 18 years of personal practice and a decade of corporate experience in IT, I bring a unique balance of ancient wisdom and modern understanding to my teaching.
My own journey of transformation inspired me to dedicate my life to yoga, with a mission to help every individual unlock their limitless potential. I believe in a world where minds are clear, spirits are joyful, and bodies are strong.
Through classical yoga infused with contemporary techniques, I guide students toward energetic and joyful living. Whether in private sessions, small groups, or corporate settings — in person or online — my focus is on creating safe, mindful, and empowering spaces for growth and healing.
Beyond teaching, I also lead 200-hour yoga teacher trainings, designed not just for certification, but as a deeper journey of personal and spiritual evolution.
