About Elizabeth

My name is Elizabeth Armstrong and I grew up in a small town up North. I loved to dance but we weren’t blessed with as many opportunities as people from other areas were, such as London, to be exposed to professional shows and performing opportunities. I graduated from the Urdang Academy with a BA (Hons) degree in professional Dance and Musical Theatre so have an extensive knowledge of the mainstream styles of dance. I’d love to help those who have a passion for dance but maybe struggle with their confidence or want to nail those double pirouettes or want to learn how to let go and just dance!

About the lesson

Whether you’re hoping to increase your chances of getting into your dream dance school/college or whether you’re just wanting to learn a couple of moves to show off on the dance floor, I’m here to help. Having successfully been accepted to all of my top musical theatre colleges and now working professionally in the musical theatre industry I can work with you to improve pick up, performance, technique and confidence!

Having recently performed in Hairspray UK Tour I am now offering dance classes in a variety of styles to work on aspects such as performance, style, pick up and technique.
