About Hannah
My yoga classes are about exploring yourself through movement. Rather than simply trying to achieve a certain pose, we use different movements, breath, and physical sensations as a way to become more aware of your body and yourself.
Depending on your body, energy, and what you need that day, we can practice either Hatha or Vinyasa yoga.
Hatha is slower and more focused, giving you time to stay in each posture, explore alignment, breathe, and notice what is happening in your body. Vinyasa is more dynamic and fluid, connecting breath with continuous movement while building strength, mobility, and body awareness.
We’ll explore what feels right for you and build the practice from there.

My classes are personalized to your body, experience, and how you feel that day. Depending on what you need, we can practice either Hatha or Vinyasa yoga.
Hatha yoga is slower and more intentional, with longer holds that give you time to focus on your breath, alignment, and how your body feels in each posture. If you’re looking for a more mindful and meditative practice, want to release tension, or simply need a moment to slow down, Hatha may be the right choice for you.
Vinyasa yoga is more dynamic and flow-based, connecting each movement with your breath. If you want to move more, build strength and mobility, create some heat, and simply enjoy the feeling of flowing through movement, we can focus on Vinyasa.
You don’t have to choose one style and stick with it. Some days your body may want movement and energy, while other days you may need stillness and grounding.
We’ll listen to your body and shape each practice around what you need that day.
